About Us
Welcome to Max and Me, where we are passionately committed to nurturing young minds and hearts through trauma-informed approaches. Our mission is to create safe, supportive, and understanding environments for children to explore, understand, and express their emotions. At Max and Me, we recognize the profound impact of trauma on a child's development and well-being, and we strive to provide the necessary tools and support to help them heal and grow.

Meet adrie
Hallo, I’m Max’s Mom, Adrie
I've worked in corporate media for 20 years, and cartoon-inspired playful youth projects have always been my passion. For over two decades, I've been involved in training young minds to become creatives—whether journalists, layout artists, or cartoonists. Much of my career has been spent working with school newspapers and founding WeCan24, a digital school newspaper project. Within the first two years, WeCan24 won a silver award at the prestigious WAN-IFRA (World Association of News Publishers) Awards. Even then, Max made his debut in some of my books. Now, it is his time to shine—center stage.
